SCREW OPERA no  one cares about your singing fat lady, i tried to download it for mac and it wouldn't install.
Oh, well that's the problem.  You're using a Mac!  Grow a pair and try a REAL computer, and you'll see the full glory of OPERA's magnificent dominance! 8)
unless "magnificent dominance" refers to near total obscurity, then no, it does not have aforementioned "magnificent dominance."

Ever heard of the Wii?  Wonder what Internet browser the most popular and revolutionary video game system of our generation uses?

Oh, yeah -- it's OPERA.  Near total obscurity THAT!

Unlike many unfortunate people, I never updated my Firefox, so it works better than Chrome  :)

I actually use all three - Firefox, Chrome, and Internet Explorer, but favor Firefox over the other two for general things. Chrome I use almost exclusively for the Chrome Toolbox plugin, which allows me to open Elements in a Video Standalone window.

I must try Opera sometime.

I'm a longtime user of Firefox who recently tried Chrome. It runs so much faster that despite my Firefox loyalty I can't go back to it.

I used to use Opera solely for bit torrent (I had tried it out as a browser, didn't have a bit torrent app, so it opened by default), but it seemed to download slower than other bit torrent applications.

This was exactly my story when I got Chrome. ^^

Things look weird in Opera for me. Therefore I don't use it.

Chrome is much easier to navigate.
Firefox looks almost like internet explorer and is about as slow.

Opera does take some getting used to, but it's also almost completely customizable, so you can make it look like FireFox or Chrome or what have you if you insist on an identical interface with increased functionality and less load time.

Downloaded Opera a couple hours ago due to recent issues with Chrome...I have to say I like what I see so far. Not sure if I'll make it my primary browser though, so I'm going to take it for a spin the next few days and see how I like it.

EDIT: Has trouble loading a ton of page elements in multiple sites (no pun intended). Probably won't be using it in the long run.
