Well, i was trying to find out which sport has the highest injury rate and it's common injury types, treatment?

I play badminton, squash, tennis and also ping pong. I can swim too but it's more for leisure rather than participating in competitive events.
This thread is actually meant for athletes around this community but all are welcome.

I have injured my wrist and also knee while playing badminton and squash.
Not doing sufficient warming up and cooling down ....basically brings me all the troubles i'm having now
I'm going to take x-ray of knee but if it's ACL tear, i've no other options but to do operation. Right now, NSAID should be good.
Having injuries at joints are pretty dangerous as it predisposes you to early secondary osteoarthritis.

So discuss about the sport you are active in and what injuries have you sustained, and what keeps you going despite of injury risks?

Which sport has the highest injury rate? Rugby, most likely.
Common injury type? Ranges from bruise to broken bone.

As far as concussions go, I believe Hockey ranks the highest.
My sport is your sport's punishment.

Yeah I heard that is a rough sport, or hockey.
People who think they know everything are a great annoyance to those of us who do.
