These cards are designed to take advantage of Earth's stalling ability's. And use the time that they get to produce and use large amounts of quanta.
A possible deck would be.
6x Stone tower
6x Gnome Gemfinders
4x Gnomic Rush
4x Earthen Gatherers
4x Miners
4x Mines
2x Mountainous Growth
2x Earthen Condenser

I think these cards are overall fair, but earth is really Probably one of the best elements so this would make the earth elements even more powerful. But this is great because its balanced.

Nah, it's okay. I just gave you the idea. Besides, it looked pretty obvious that a quanta-generating Earth element would have something to do with mines.
