you meant to say if Scorpio happend to cast a poison on you before you can deal the KO damage, got it
(didnt notice the part on your previous post regarding poison, phys activation etc)

yeah, it would be best to keep all purify not use until 1-2 rounds before you TKO scorpio and cast it to negate any further poison action

If Scorpio casts deadly poison the turn before you KO him, GG without EM. Purify healing works on the opponent's turn, not yours.

Looks like a good deck, but would you risk decking out? If Scorpio gets a permafrost down, seems like it'd be a rough game.

Electrocutor helps a lot with that, though it's true I'd pack 6 dragons. That's enough against Neptune most of the time, and they both have 2 Permafrosts. Unfortunately, you have Water mark here, which will slow your offence down. Adding Immortals will make the deck bigger and require more Phase Shields.. which isn't possible.
But eh, it will work most of the time. Can't ask for much more against this beast.

the main point of casting purify 1-2 before KO is that the 'heal' counter will counteract poison counter cast afterward
given you need 2 purify to counter 1 imp.poison, its not much, sure but its worth a try

hardly the case
while they both have permafrost, probability of seeing one in neptune is 4/72 whereas ~ scorpio is 4/108
but even if you see them early enough, unless you're really unlucky with the RNG you shouldnt have any problem to finish him off before decking out is an issue
and increasing the deck size goes against dim.shield chaining strategy as each additional card reduce the probability of seeing dim.shield even further
at most i'd go for 32-cards deck with 6 dragon but thats it

got permafrost early but that doesnt help Scorpio, merely lengthening the fight as you can see

Squeaked one out, I see.  Rare win, or was that an uncommonly close game?

i just wait it out actually (purely for dramatic effect)
last card is the 6th Phase Shield believe it or not (started chaining at 16 turns left and broken the chain once just cause i can...this was before he started TU'ing those dragon like crazy)

Beat Scorpio (no EM) with this deck, although I got lucky with the oracle handing me a black dragon pet and Scorpio only drawing one poison creature until i got a Lobo out. I lasted about 5-6 turns before playing a shield and never broke chain. Could do with - purify as I had two useless ones in hand at the end.

keep up the good work guys!
I'm not so good with FG strategies, but I think you're on the right track.
I'm sure there is a way.

Four Purifies is actually not a bad idea even if you have extras, just for reliability of draw.

I used this:

Code: [Select]
6rn 6rn 6rn 7gq 7gq 7gq 7gq 7i6 7i6 808 808 808 808 808 808 808 808 80d 80d 80d 80d 80d 80d 80e 80e 80e 80f 80f 80f 80f 81q 81q
I had some upgraded pendulums laying around and not enough towers, so at first I had no choice. But I actually like having more aether at the start and only using the purifies right before you start the dim. shield chain, then some in between and one at the end.
At the start I just want to get an electrocutor, dragon and a shield when I need it out. Don't really need water mark for that  :D
