first tipp steal his permafrost shield couse then his pufferfisch cant attack you
second: play your elite oty fast best to copy it (so it has higer chance to survive) you can eat physalia(only ice bolt wich can weaken your oty and he uses it not very often)
third:keep one tu for his dragons
fourth: if u see on oracle that your next god is scorpio 100% take purify in
fifth: his dragons got just 6 hp that means if ueat one phisalisand1 puffer you can eat his dragons  


If u got some other ideas against scorpio feel free to put them here

As far as I know:
permaforst blocks 2, pufferfish deals 3 dammage so poison isn't blocked
oty gets poison by eating a physalia or pufferfish
