I'll be honest: I was hoping when Cal said Oa said "Earth cards" that meant Pulvy, but it seems when Oa says "we have our reasons" that doesn't include loving us ponies. I'm sure Entropy will face Time's problem next round, partly thanks to this salvage. Thanks for passing on the problem rather than trying to mitigate its occurrence

Funny thing: if I had to send a suicide this round, it would've been vs Time. What happens when two suicides meet?

Assuming the decks are legal, I suppose so. But if both decks are illegal (as Time's is here) then I believe the only result can be both sides losing, as is the case if a match does not occur (taking into account that neither team made an obviously greater amount of effort in effecting it)
