Heading out asap, so not much time for an indepth game recap. But let it be known that majofa played a helluva match. Our back and forth was so close that I really didn't even think I was going to pull out a win here.

Well, majofa did have 3 steal to take away half the healing power and/or the weapon-CC.

More like 3 Steals against 8 unique permanents (12 total permanents) in Elbirn's deck.  I would think, just from observing decks (which admittedly is a limited viewpoint), that 3-2 Air is a fair result here from the matchup.

Nownow, no reason not be sportsmanlike gents It was a close game, and those 3 steals had me on my toes. majo used them to his advantage pretty well, even forced a misplay or two on my part where I hesitated to play a card. I'd say the decks are a pretty even match on their own, and this was a game that came down to skill and luck. He had the skill, and I had the luck. In this case, luck won
