If I play mitosis on a Graviton salvager, I get to salvage the card. This is intended, since the Salvaging part is passive.
But I can't use mitosis on the next turn. Is this intended?

Same issue as here

For some bizarre reason this was confirmed/archived as an AI bug. I'm pretty sure it is a general bug.
