Title: Mark not working as expected..?

Several years ago I won a tourney and received a code; today I decided to finally use that code and chose Mark of Time. Naturally I upgraded it, threw it into my favorite Time deck, and took it for a spin against AI3. My understanding was that Mark cards were not valid targets for removal, but when I played mine it was put into the permanents right next to my towers and pendulums, and was blown up by removal the very next turn. Is this supposed to happen; was my understanding of Mark cards incorrect?

Yeah. Unupgraded marks corresponding to your deck’s mark stack in the mark slot, while upgraded marks and marks of other elements go straight to the permanent slot.

OMG really...? Okay. Is there a way to get support in un-upgrading that card? It's the only tourney reward I ever won.  :-[

Unupgrading is unfortunately not possible :/ but usually destroying a pillar, or in this case a mark, is such an uncommon experience that it barely matters. Happy to see you chose the correct type of mark, though :D

Oh man, that feels bad. :( Sadly the creator of the game long left, so such like "support" doesn't really exist. :(

Oh, I found it, it was a 2nd place. Nice job, though.

Try to find a forum admin/active staff in discord, they *might* give you some compensation...
