After all, it will come down to how much you win from the AI...

This thread shall coordinate our efforts to find the best grinder for level 3. If you think you have the best farmer for this level, then give it a test:

The Test
- Play a session of 90 minutes against AI3. Use the same deck throughout.
- While you play, mark down the number of wins/losses and the number of coins gained (easiest way would be to note these statistics at the beginning and end of your session).
- Of course you can break this down into two (or more) shorter sessions as long as you keep up with the bookkeeping. I don't want to encourage unhealthy gaming with this thread.
- After you've finished, post your deck with the wins/losses/coins gained statistic. If your deck requires precise play, please add the critical information.

The Sections
- Other Challenges will have separate sections for Unupgraded/Upgraded/Upgraded With Rares. For AI3, only the first of these sections is installed. This means: Please don't use decks with upgraded cards or rares.

The Validation
- The decks with the best results will be editted into the second post for players to try out themselves.
- You can run a session with one of these decks yourself. In that case, please post a reply with your statistics after you've finished. These statistics will be added to the deck overview.

Please reply with your questions and deck suggestions

I use the Shirieker deck:

I played for just 60 minutes. I'll do another run to improve my results later.

Games: 40 wins (1 mastery*) / 4 losses
Obs: 3 losses were because of a REALLY bad first hand and REALLY bad draws. The other one I forget the reason.

Electrums: 642
Score: 400

Cards:
- 3 Nova
- 2 Vulture
- 1 Emerald Shield
- 1 Photon
- 1 Fate Egg
- 2 Golden Dragon
- 1 Pegasus
- 1 Guardian's Angels
- 1 Wyrm
- 1 Procastination
- 1 Miracle
- 1 Pulverizer
- 1 Morning Star
Value os the cards gainded**: 532

Total coins: 1165

* This was just and odd game, the CPU never played a monster. I think this is the only way of getting mastery with this deck.
** Not counting the rares.

PS: This deck is pretty good for farming, but I was hoping if someone could test the unupgraded version of this (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,70.0.html) deck.

Mono-dark should do quite well, as should most decks in Deckbuilding 101 (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,1190.0.html) (some are a bit slower though).
The drawback of both the shrieker deck and any deck relying on dragons is that they're expensive.
The Life (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,1190.0.html#post_life) deck is about as fast and can be completed after defeating lvl0.

Well, I really would like some test results. If someone can test that mono-dark deck I would appreciate. I could test it in the trainer, but waste 90 minutes in there is a little too much, I just test some battles there too see if the deck could win.

And, the life deck would be a little slower, woldn't it? It will affect a long-time grind. I think.
Then again, I would like some test results =p

I perfer the normal FFQ deck with a couple of miracles and a lot of bonds, makes more money than shrieker deck due to the elemental masteries

6 light pillars
7 air pillars
6 rustlers
6 normal FFQ
6 bonds
2 miracles

Mark is  :life

Weapon: Feel free to add owl eyes or morning star
Shield: Not needed buy a jade shield is always nice

Strategy: play as many pillars as you can on your first turn, on second turn play a rustler. Once you have a FFQ out use the rustler to turn your light into life, once you get a couple of fireflys the need for pillars is gone. Never have more than one rustler on the field at a time and try and save a miracle till the end for a ensured mastery.

Win rate >85% (losses due to no pillars/rustlers)
Mastery close to 100%

Ok, all the games you get masteries, but if you take more time to win a game in one hour you will get less electrums and less spins.

If you could test that deck with the parameters of the first post would be nice.

I forgot the bookkeeping but I played the Shrieker deck and won 23 straight. Then it lost to that deck with Owlseye. I had 3 burrowed critters and more in han. Maybe I should have just been reckless and ignored the owles eye. They were being killed off by owlseye and lightning think I was toast either way. Too slow burrowed and they would have been toast otherwise.

When the other deck has something that can keep me from having critters in the field I try to play as many Graboids and save the Shrikers in my hand. Then, when I have quantum enough to play all the Shrikers, I just play all of them and evolve the Graboids. The next I turn just burrow everything that I have left.

And I hate when I do that and my opponent play Plague or a few Thunderstorm ò.ó.

Try to do another run for electrum gain comparison.

Out of curiosity, I tested the  101 Beginner Time Deck (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,1182.0.html) (which I used a lot in my first days of playing).

I played for 90 minutes.

Games: 42 wins (1 mastery*) / 2 losses
Obs: Expect slighly worse results, I've been lucky in a couple of matches. Water/Death and Darkness/Entropy can be hard sometimes.

Electrums: 707

* This was just and odd game, the CPU never played a monster. I think this is the only way of getting mastery with this deck.

Good, though I think there are faster decks around. XD

Just look at the Shrieker deck up here, only 60 minutes and about the same wins (=spins) and Electrums.

This time deck is definetly worst, you played for 30 minutes more than me and was able to do the same amount of games.
And this deck has the same chance of getting a mastery.

I decided to test the Skillgannon mono-dark deck. I will test it today.
And possibly make the 90 minutes run for the mono-earth deck too.

I actually did this a while ago, but somehow forgot to post my results, so here we go, better late than never!
My deck of choice was "turin's ludicrous speed deck", as I believe it's called, which is basically just the upgraded version of the mono-Shrieker deck. (List: 16 Stone Tower, 6 E-Graboids, 6 E-Shrieker, 1 Long Sword, 1 E-Antlion)
Stats after 90 minutes:
76 wins
1 loss
+ 1433 coins (counting money won from spins, but not from selling cards)
+ 1334 score.
As you can see, the deck is so fast, it almost wins a game per minute. I think I overall spent more time spinning and clicking to my next match than actually playing.
So the deck is a great choice if you're grinding for score (probably the best in the game) and aren't a big fan of losing. The latter is something the deck doesn't really do, as my one loss came from getting a zero-pillar hand while my opponent had the solid triple-Devourer start. After that I had to play like another 200 games before losing the next one.
On the flipside the deck is pretty monotonously to play, so if you want to do something that makes you feel smart, maybe you should go back to farming AI5/FGs.
