Now this deck won't win against all AI3s. The earthquake/rewind one will get you by manashorting you, and the light/gravity one will get you with Otys that eat all your stuff before you can get an Eagle Eye out. But it has a decent chance of EMing against most of them. Just save your Miracle and one Bond until the round before you win (so it can't get deflagged/stolen), and use both right before your final attack.
i'd add remove pillars,take rustlers and mark of life wich give enough quanta.
he asked for no rares so you can remove the 2 miracles for hopes (you have enough healing)
