There are decks which have a combo that uses many cards. So it gets hard to pull that combo more than once. In my opinion that's where TU becomes very useful because it allows you to immediately have another creature with the exact same attributes.
Here an example.
My deck doesn't have a 'combo' as in the classical definition but it needs lots of buffs to speed things up.
Well, I guess my deck isn't entirely new but it can be quiet fast thanks to TU (5 TTW aren't very uncommon).
Spoiler for Card choices:
- I only have 4 Wyrms because

is really tight most of the times, especially because of the Wyrms ability. In fact, most games are won with one Wyrm and it's copies.
- Precogs should provide you one Wyrm in case of bad draw. And otherwise they give you Novas or Buffs to increase the Wyrms damage. Always a good choice for fast decks.
- CP, Blessing and Unstoppable: Standard cheap Buffs. You can exchange a Blessing for another Unstoppable if you want.
- SoR: Sometimes you don't have the quanta to pay for the ability so SoR is good in that situation. And also it's nice too have a SoR'd Wyrm and copy it.
- Fog Shield: Stall in case that those Wyrms really don't want to show up. Otherwise not that helpful.
- Nova: Powers your buffs and provides faster

and

quanta.
- TU: What's cooler than copy a dived Wyrm with more than 20 atk? To dive both next turn for a final blast with more than 60 atk.
