rather than play protect artifact for protecting sofree, it's  a lot more faster save one (or two) slots and skip every fg with pc, so it can potentially (hopefully with a good winrate since it doesn't require an extreme combo:)

it has a lot of skips, but it is really really really fast

best i got was a 10 ttw which is something like this

it's a little bit weird, sometimes u don't have the time quanta for hg, sometimes u end with 30 quanta, but should be decently funny with is speed

the ufficial old skip was something like this: http://elementscommunity.org/forum/archived-decks/instosis-(fg)(otk)(arena)/msg536761/#msg536761, so my lower winrate and more skips isn't something so tragic thinking on zanz being forced to nerf snova and sor

i also declare this skip list + sofree abuse "the airskip"

small sample but in 20 games against the playable gods+morte i got 13 wins 4 of which were in 9 turns. im liking these new old meta decks

How does this compare to just not using shards of freedom in a Instosis?

Here are the pros, cons, and differences I thought of for this deck comparing it to Instosis without SoFr.

Pros:
Shields aren't a problem for this deck. That's enough.

Cons:
More combo cards means less deck space for extra time towers and hourglasses and maybe other stuff. So there's less flexibility in deck building.
Shards of Freedom can be destroyed/stolen.

Differences:
While the kill turn combo has six cards instead of eight the combo overall has more cards.
This deck makes you play all six of your super novas. Instosis without SoFr can either make you play four or six. The four super nova version loses to two damage reduction shields while the six super nova version doesn't.

Here are the builds for the four SN and six SN versions with explanations. This goes off topic from the deck in the original post but it's pleasant context for some things I said about the SoFr-less Instosis if you don't know about it already. Whether this is technically off topic I don't really know.

So as far as I know Instosis without SoFr can be built with two different variations in the kill combo. These can be built with upped or unupped sundials.

This deck can use as few as four super novas if you want to. The downside is this deck's kill combo doesn't deal enough damage to beat false gods with shields that block at least two damage points.

This deck requires all twelve aether quantum to be used but it can kill through a diamond shield.
