No, those have to be different.

Can shards not be banned? Since every player also has a 5 card ban list, I really don't think it's necessary to ban shards. Not all shards are OP....

I made the decision on the fact that most of the events that qualify a player for WC don't allow Shards. (Leagues being the only one that does allow Shards, and only if no special rules are invoked to not allow them)

Awh. Imo shards really expand the deck base. sosac might be unfair, but I like the others (besides SoFr).

I agree with you, however somehow we can not decide this, not even have a chance to vote, and we are completely ignored, I realize that this comes from players older and influential in the forum, but okay, the rule will be the same for all. and OP, will be who has the best mindgate the best of luck and RNG, we all know create powerful decks.

I know, but I'll tell you; In leagues I play Elements the Game, in other competitions I play the elements the forum.
