RULES
Before each round, every player will choose 6 elements and rank them in order of most preferred and send them in to majofa.
The only elements allowed are the 6 elements listed by your match up. (The top 3 listed from each player.)
Players who finished 1st in their group may then replace one element with another element.

You cannot use the same element more than twice in a match.
You cannot use the same combination of elements more than once in a match. (monos included)
Limit 3 monos per match.
One time in the first four games your deck must contain 3 elements.
If you use an element there must be at least 4 non-Pillar/Pendulum cards included in the deck.
'Other' elements' Pillars, Pendulums, and Marks may be used. (Using a 'quanta card' doesn't count as using the element.)
You may use up to 4x upgraded cards, where 'x' is the game of the match you are on. (game 1 = 4 ups, game 2 = 8 ups....)
For each copy of a Shard you use, you must reduce the amount of upgraded cards in your deck by 3.
Limit 2 of each Mark card per game.
Limit 3 of each Nymph card per game.
You must declare your used elements after each game.
Best-of-7.

I presume I am missing something but cannot see it after re-reading a few times, so here I will ask it in the thread.

Why are players choosing 6 elements each of only the top 3 from each are used in the matchup? I was expecting some kind of "if both players have the same element in the top 3 then the higher-seeded player's 4th element is chosen next, alternating from there until 6 different elements are chosen" _or_ "if both players have the same element in the top 3 then that element can be used 'twice' in the matchup".

I think the same elements -> next on list is implied, that way: even if both players have the exact same list, you still get to 6 elements. Only reason one would want 6 elements listed. Though that does raise a question: if in the top 3 of each there are 5 unique elements, and the 4th on both individual lists are different from one another and neither of them is included in these 5, whose 4th element will be picked? Personally I would prefer the element be picked from the person that doesn't get to replace one element after. More concretely:

The elements chosen are the top 3 from each player. If there are duplicates it goes down the line starting with the higher ranked person from this season's points.

Heh, interesting... the six elements in our matchup, five of them are the ones I submitted to majofa, the one exception being that I didn't submit Air, knowing Afdarenty likes it the most :p (I had submitted Death, instead)  I think that since I picked my elements with the almost sure knowledge that Air would end up being in our six anyway, that I'm satisfied with this set, and I'll pass on changing any of them.

Hehe, I could, I suppose :p  However, this also gives me an excuse if I lose   If I changed Air, then all six elements would be my preferred ones, and I'd look awfully stupid if I lost anyway
