NOTE: You need just one presentable forum post to be allowed to join tournaments; you can post it here. If this will be your first tournament, a Tournament Organizer will test your knowledge about the rules. So please be present in tournament room 30 minutes before the tournament starts.
Special Rules- Only unupgraded cards are allowed.
- At the start of each game both players will openly roll for a card using the '/draw e' command in chat.
Their opponent must have at least 4 copies of the rolled card in their deck for the next game.
- Players can ask for a reroll once per match.
- The card chosen for your game also represents your primary element, which means its cards are
freely usable for the game.
- To discourage players using these cards as dead cards, your deck has to be 40% in-element.
These primary element cards can be ppms or non-quanta cards - your choice. (Thx Vindi! I was forgetful...)
- Supplementary elements (any other elements than your primary element) are only usable once per
the whole tournament. (Which means you will have 13 options at the start of the tourney - including
one 
option.)
- Players must state in their post what elements they used as supplementary elements in their match.
I'll update the status in this starting post.
- Decks cannot have more than 3 Nymphs of the same type.
- Mark cards are banned.
- All other PPMs (including Quantum Pillars) are usable.

TOURNAMENTS Q&AQ: Let's say I had Phase Salvager in g1 and played a mono, may I use as a supplementary element in another game?A: Yes.
Q: What if my opponent rolls a Nymph for me?
A: That forms an exception, and you can use 4 (or more) copies of that card in your next deck. If you don't have 4 copies of that Nymph you may ask for a FREE reroll.

Q: What are the rules? from Vindi
A: You may use any supplementary elements in that deck, even those which were already used before. Bows contain at least 4 elements.
