pretty bad draws for him I think, especially in the first but I do think I was in fact slightly favoured in both anyways

low starting quanta for him gave me the edge in both games (that would have been pretty even otherwise, probably even unfavoured for me)

Spoiler for decks used:
armored scarabs

a variant of probably the strongest deck, mathman used another variant twice against me and had a good chance

I tried to cover all kinds of weaknesses with this, cc was to protect from armored scarabs primarily (a little few copies to guarantee it but it worked), but was generally usefull, hope and cc and heal should have bought enough time against rushes and it wasnt super slow; doesnt excel at anything but did just well enough for me to win against kinda bad draws

probably a deck everyone considered as it doesn't really get punished by the rules

this deck suffered more from the must include bad cards rule than I expected and wasnt very good in the meta anyway

all in all I got a bit lucky I think

Main deck used. extremely poor starts for both games vs kaempfer though. 1 earth pend game 1, and 1 of each pend game 2.
I think in a game vs Krzy and kaempf I switched one of each pend for a pillar.
