Weekly Tournament - March 10th - Decaying Potluck 2 - Upgraded

Please read the PvP Tournament rules carefully before joining the tournament.
Remember to also read the Special Rules listed below!

Prizes

1st place	5,000 electrum + Nymph/Mark + Trophy (Forum Icon)
2nd place	5,000 electrum
3rd place	4,000 electrum
4th place	3,000 electrum

In case of 16 or more players, tournament prizes will be increased.

2nd place	2 points
3rd place	1 point

NOTE: You need just one presentable forum post to be allowed to join tournaments; you can post it here. If this will be your first tournament, a Tournament Organizer will test your knowledge about the rules. So please be present in tournament room 30 minutes before the tournament starts.

Special Rules

Upgraded cards are allowed.
At the start of the tournament, a TO randomly selects one rule from each column below.
Players then have 15 minutes to build decks. All decks must follow the 3 rules.
After the 15 minutes are over, players must stop everything else and start searching for their opponents in the game.
If the tournament is double elimination, the 15 minutes will be taken very seriously, and people will be disqualified if their opponent reports that they are still not ready.
There is a twist! With each Decaying Potluck tournament, previously randomized rules will be removed from the table. This way, all rules will be used eventually.

The chosen rules are:
The joyful: Minimum 7 pillars and 7 pendulums
The duo: Duo deck
The common: No rare cards

Rule Column A

The thin: 30-card deck
The thick: 40-card deck
The fat: 50-card deck
The morbidly obese: 60-card deck
The overkill: Cards with 0 cost must take up 40-50%(rounded up) of your deck
The pillarless: No pillars
The undecided: Equal amount of pillars and pendulums
The joyful: Minimum 7 pillars and 7 pendulums
The precise: Exactly 17 pendulums
The temporary: No Deflagration, Steal, Pulverizer, Butterfly Effect or Shard of Focus

Rule Column B

The Mono: Mono deck
The Duo: Duo deck
The yin-yang: Opposing duos must be used (Light/Darkness, Entropy/Gravity, Time/Aether etc.); you can't use both Black Hole/Amber Nymph and Discord in the same deck
The 3: No more than 3 copies of each card (other than pillars/pends)
The 6: Exactly 6 copies of each card (not including pillars/pends)
The problemsolver: No cards that cost 2, 3, 6, 8 or 9 quantum
The off-square: No cards that cost 1, 4 or 9 quantum
The off-prime: No cards that cost 2, 3, 5, 7, 11 or 13 quantum
The off-mark: No cards the same element as your mark
The freedom fighter: Denial cards are banned (list is provided below)

Rule Column C

The incarcerated: Cannot use Air, Life and Light cards, except pillars/pendulums
The knight: Cannot use Darkness, Death, Entropy and Aether cards, except pillars/pendulums
The resistant: No spells
The wishy-washy: No permanents (other than pillars and pendulums)
The grounded: No airborne creatures. Wings banned.
The baby got back: All creatures with 5+ hp. Gravity shield banned.
The nub-beloved: No creatures except Dragons
The common: No rare cards
The in-element: No cards with different ability cost than their element
The balanced: must have an equal number of creatures and spells.
