They have been hosting on Sundays for a while now. This is the announcement (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/pvp-tournaments/tournament-quick-newsmonthly-schedule/msg1256638/#msg1256638) made when they started Sunday rotations.

A - The pendulumless: No pendulums
B - The sixer: You have to include 6 copies of a 6-cost card
C - The common: No rare cards
