Feel free to read my ranting about a mind full of mental barriers and the occasional bad rng. The usual stuff.

R1 things starting out nicely.

g1 vs Doc 1-0

Rustler vs Blessed Otyis

Omg, if we would play this tourney again and again, how many percentage of players
would have played his deck in R1? I made a few misplays, Doc made a misplay, too,
and in the end I was lucky to have a clutch Dragon and win.

g2 vs Doc 1-1

Toadies/Shockwave vs Vader Saders

Started well. Turned into an rng joke, Doc drawing both of his Cloaks in quick succession.

g3 vs Doc 2-1

NT Mono vs Ghostmare

I was ready to lose, because whenever I play GM I lose, and whenever it is played against me
I lose as well... First NM was hard, almost empty hand, but I had to push quanta to put dmg on
the table. He was had kinda early Eternity to lock me down, but by that time I had around 4 Nymphs
down. Maybe if he RTs instead of putting down that Dev Dragon... in the end I was able to eke out a win.

R2 rng gets messy.

g1 vs moe 0-1

Phoenixbolt vs DevTal

So, I wanted to play an inverted Firestall, to have Sancts early. Then changed to this. It wasn't a mistake,
because expecting some quanta denial I put a lot of extra quanta into the deck. But in the end I forgot
Fahren... horrid... how... I was editing first post for cards, my phone was ringing constantly, I cannot blame
myself that much. And I still had the chance to win. Had to bolt down early 2 devs/1 vamp, but Phoenixes
completely ducked. 1 in half deck, 2nd is card#17... 3rd phoenix came when it was over, I was quantalocked.
Early game I deflagged his aether pillar to delay fractal. Proved to be a fatal mistake, because Vagger came later,
and won the game for him. I had 3 deflags in deck, got only that 1 in 23 cards... I had a Fire Lance earlier,
dunno if it helped, I was reluctant to use it knowing Vagger heals back, and guess Vamps would have arrived
earlier in that case.

g2 vs moe 1-1

Patient Wardens vs Big Jonnington Firestall

I had a good start with creatures and SoPa, he had Fahren around T2. Huh. I was making my critters fatter,
meanwhile had to peek at my hp... Decided to hit before getting to 100 hp, it was obvious he has SoDs.
He had Sundials too, 3 pieces in 20 cards... -.- But rng didn't want to crucify me (yet), so I won while having 5 hp.

g3 vs moe 2-1

Catwall vs Disquake

My opponents love to torture me. 2 weeks ago Naii play SoSeBow vs me, now moe Disquake... He had 2 upped pend
start, not good enough to start Discotrolling. Meanwhile I was able to put down a Grey Nymph and a BW by my Cat.
Then ame pillar got destroyed, Discord on. But had enough quanta to put on another BW. Meanwhile I had enough
ame q arrived, kept playing Grey Nymphs (moe NM'd one early game :D ), but BH came from his side, and Fog totally
trolled me. In the end the many Nymphs were able to bypass Fog. Huh, was I happy!

R3: catastrophe

g1 vs BeefSupreme 0-1

Question. Who is crazy enough to play DBH in a 20 upgrades environment, when SoFree is imminent? Here is that guy.
Again, my fav decks are played versus me, because I fear others and don't play them. SoFree must win, right? No.
1 pillar and 2 Damsel start. Not good enough. Especially with 17 quanta producers. He had a slow start, too.
He has the exact amount of BH needed. I have 4 SoFrees, but... he saves himself from 3 hp, then survives my last
attack with 1 hp. Thanks, rng, you are a sweetheart. Ofc, my mistake not adding Fog (wanted to play that in a possible
bow next game).

g2 vs BeefSupreme 0-2

Question. Who is crazy enough to play ANOTHER quanta denial deck in a 20 upgrades environment? This guy.
He just played DevTal. If I just play one of my fav bows... any bow... a mediocre SoSe one... easy win. But no,
I played Entro AdrenaStaves fearing some big damage. I added even upped Panda to fight sofree... and here I face
DevTal, and when I face monodev or devtal it is almost always 3 devs / 10 cards at my opponent... It was obvious
I cannot outlast DevTal with one adrened flying staff.

Everyone getting a nice closure. Link, moe, www, deuce, Oa... and the list could go on. My heart is broken.
You may say, "but Wyand, it is only a flash game!". No. That's how I hinder myself in real life, too. Fear is a mind killer.
Not something I want, not something I implanted into my own brain. I love bows, and haven't played a single bow
in the whole tourney. I like DBH and Devquake, too. Haven't played them. Not a friggin' single Discord. Imagine that.
<---- A nice purple pie, shiny cups and a trio of cakes on a red platter, a box of candies and an ice cream cone on chocolate! :) Bon appétit!

Given how much you want to hold on I don't think you were ever getting closure at this time.

Trust me, it is much easier to look back and see some nice experience in the end. But looking back at the last few months,
all I see is craters with some miniscule random grass patches.

Cannot explain myself better than this post and the previous. Something is over and I wasn't able to be better than myself.
