• Upgraded cards and Shards are banned.
• Minimum deck size of 40 cards.
• Maximum of 4 copies per card. Pillars, Pendulums and Mark cards are exempt from this rule.
• Bolt, Quantum Denial and Healing cards are banned. Eternity, Pulverizer, Nymph's Tears and Nymph Queen are banned. Specifically:

And lightning/Shockwave? Not obvious but stally at all

Heal was almost certainly an oversight, stalls are not generally banned however, just bolts and all means of recovering health. For lightning the case could be made that the upgraded version is called thunderbolt, but we meant the bolts that scaled with quanta.

The countdown timer was off by one hour, this has been fixed. The tournament now takes place one hour later than the old timer displayed, as intended.
