The barons once again ruled in their mighty castle, but the beggars were growing restless and the fortunes told of another epic battle between the two!

Weekly Tournament - August 29th - Beggars Sr. vs Barons Sr. - Upgraded

Rules
Please read the PvP Tournament rules carefully before joining the tournament.
Remember to also read the Special Rules listed below!

Prizes

1st place	5,000 electrum + Nymph/Mark + Trophy (Forum Icon)
2nd place	3,000 electrum
3rd place	2,000 electrum

In case of 32 or more players, tournament prizes will be increased.

Points for the World Championship

1st place	4 points
2nd place	2 points
3rd place	1 point

NOTE: You need just one presentable forum post to be allowed to join tournaments; you can post it here. If this will be your first tournament, a Tournament Organizer will test your knowledge about the rules. So please be present in tournament room 30 minutes before the tournament starts.

Special Rules

Shards are not allowed.
Upgraded cards are allowed, but not necessary.
Nova, Immolation, Discord, Mindgate, Earthquake, Trident, Nightmare, Nymph's Tears, Nymph Queen, Dimensional Shield, Fractal, Parallel Universe and Fate Egg are banned.
Players may choose to be either Beggar or Baron. "Baron" can only use cards with costs of 4 or more quantum, while "Beggar"can only use cards with costs of 4 or less quantum. Please 'chat PM' your choice to the TO at least 8 minutes before the tournament starts.
Players may use cards of the opposing faction. For every copy of a card, you must have 4 unupgraded cards in your deck. (So, if you are a Baron and want to pack 3 Brimstone Eaters, 12 of your cards must be unupgraded.)
All pillars and pendulums are available to all players.

If you think there is an overpowered card that ought to be banned, or you have some concerns about the tournament metagame, mechanics or other stuff, do NOT post it publicly in the comments or anywhere else on the Forums. Q: If I want to use a card from the opposite group, and sacrifice 4 upped. Can that card be upped?
A: Yes. For Barons: +1 Brimstone Eater and 4 other cards have to be unupped. +1 Ash Eater and 3 other cards have to be unupped (as the Ash Eater counts as unupped card).
