Rules Please read the PvP Tournament rules carefully before joining the tournament. Remember to also read the Special Rules listed below!

Prizes 1st place 5,000 electrum + Nymph/Mark + Trophy (Forum Icon) 2nd place 5,000 electrum 3rd place 4,000 electrum 4th place 3,000 electrum In case of 16 or more players, tournament prizes will be increased.

Special Rules

• If you have a creature on your side of the field, the following applies:
  
  • You must not summon creatures from the hand. (Chimera and Schrödinger's Cat are exceptions from this rule.)
  • You must not use Flying Weapon or Parallel Universe.
  • You must not use Nymph's Tears or Mitosis on your side of the field.
• The ability of Firefly Queen and all nymphs must not be used. (Green Nymph and Golden Nymph are exceptions from this rule.)

So if i read that right, my opponent has a creature on the field, i cannot summon until that creature is destroyed? Does this apply to both players? Meaning there can only be 1 creature in the field at all times?

Not exactly. The players are only limited if they have a creature on their own side of the field.

On top of that, both players can have any cats on the field. Also, everything that the rules don’t restrict is allowed.

I agree it's restrictive, thus fun but there are more than two strong, meta-defining decks plus a couple more viable ones, imo. I'd love to see even more bans for more evenly matched decks.

That is correct. That one creature though can be anything that's not banned.
