This happened in a pvp duel tournament match.
I couldn't see my hand, and couldn't play anything.
I did see the top card from my deck get added to my hand, but couldn't see it afterwards either.

(I don't know if this qualifies as a graphical bug, but since it affected gameplay, I'm posting it here anyway)

This has also happened to me a couple times (less then 10% of games, probably closer to 2->5% of pvp games I play).  I'm not sure, but I think it happens sometimes when I switch browser tabs while in PVP on the first round.
