If you play on your account with a different computer, you'll lose those hard-earnt electrums. I learnt that the hard way.
Or at least it was like that in 1.28, haven't heard about any changes to it.

Note that with the new shard, using a :death or :darkness mark makes you immune to holy light, and therefore you are invincible for 5 turns/shard unless your opponent has an AM. Not only that, but it is also probable that you will regain full health in those 5 turns, seeing as you were pressed to use it in the first instance. I don't think this is a good idea.

TL;DR: SoS is not a good idea for Elements. People at Yu gi oh tend to like "you win unless opponent has X" cards much more.

Gemini isn't a skip anymore (or really, ever was at least when I first started) since it PUs rays.
DM can be easily beaten with an early Sanc, but Decay can still steal them (I can beat Decay often enough).
1st/2nd lobo can usually slow Scorpio down to beat him, but usually not work it.
Neptune can be beaten if you draw healing early and no perma comes up early.
Gemini's problem was (and still is) the massive amount of Phase Shields. Nobody wants to spend the time it takes to beat Gemini with such high chances of deckout (or rather, skipping Gemini gets you more :electrum than not).

The worst thing is that this bug (1st post) is still under "rapid draw problems", while it has nothing to do with it. I've found that it is usually associated to low fps.

General Discussion / Re: hackers or just really good people?
« on: July 14, 2011, 04:10:36 pm »
Did you guys even considered it was a hacker maybe?

There are reports of people doing this kind of things from time to time. Hacking gets people banned really quickly, so they only get to play a few games before the problem is solved.

On another note, that opening is possible with 2x Cremation, 2x cremation fodder (photons, etc), 2x Phoenix, Lava Golem, Fire Tower (opponent is going second); but OP specifies no Immo was used.

It increases the damage.
Flinging frozen stuff at the enemy has been studied (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,18774.msg255493.html).

*Yawn*

On that note, people really should test their decks before submitting.
obviously it was merely a bad draw, not a bad deck
The dragon pet had obviously nothing to do with how the game went.
only a little bit, anyway why does this need a quote?
To be honest, I'm not too sure now (the win is totally legit, what was I thinking? ??? ), but you might have just started a quote chain.

Bah.  Just build a weighted neural net and feed it every move every player performs for a year along with the conditions each move was made under.  It'll take a long time, but when it's ready, the new AI will beat <i>everyone!</i>
There is something called genetic algorithms, and although I don't know how exactly they could be implemented, that could also be an option (correct me if I'm wrong, I know~ 0 about programming).

On an unrelated note, the "extra upgraded cards" cheat/hack might be back, either that or a league's leader gets 100% free upgrades.

Arena decks are chaining BHs on me. Not only that, they also use multiple BHs per turn. I WANTS NURRRF ON BH.

Essence is only 1 man, how could he possibly grind faster than 10 men?

Also, puntastic work, 10 men!
