the cost seems weird... idk if upping = +1 :entropy
just for atk->hp stat...

also, by random, can it kill?? (redistributing 0hp)

Yes, it can kill. Im unsure of what the cost should be. The hp affecting one is upped since creatures could potentially die from it, furthering the synergy between entropy and death.

Y only see it's usefull in a deck with 205950837603 2 attak creatures and then the oponent has a shield you can't break.

If there are any other uses, please explain.

You could team the unupped one with gravity shield and armagios so that you can't be attacked, or voodoo dolls and armagios.
Also, the upped version goes well with things like bone wall, vulture, boneyard, and aflatoxin.

That would only work if your opponents total attack was higher then yours, and the photons would be susceptible to firewall/plague/etc. Also, it could also just put all your photons to 0/1 and boost your opponents :(]

This card is basicly "anti-rush" No card should do that; there are already cards in the game that counter certain decks (discord, BH) This card counters more decks than any of them... OP

I would vote for "At the end of each turn, redistribute the attak and HP of every creature in the field.", making it 7/6.

It's not OP at all, even if used with Vodoo dolls or Armagios with grav. shield, as it's expensive.

Just realized that entropy already has a card that affects the whole field, pandemonium. Not so sure this cards needed now.
