ART: vrt made this for the dimentional shield. IDEA: RainbowDash NOTES: This shield is intended to be in the pseudo-element Void. Void doesn't use quanta, it gives the opponent quanta of their mark. To balance this, Void Pillars destroy quanta of the opponent's mark every turn. SERIES:

It heals you for the damage it absorbs. I don't see similarity.

Interesting. Aflatoxin and this could be incredibly powerful, a potential 20 healing a turn. It would take spell-bombing or three or four dragons to start breaking through, and even then there are other ways to heal.

I would suggest not making this part of void, and leaving it as an "Other" card. I would also increase its cost to 8 - 7 since it would use any quantum.

They're not even close. Light quanta =/= health. If you have 75 , that doesn't mean you have 75 HP.

Gaining quanta helps early game the most as a quanta generator.
Gaining health helps late game the most for survivability against the amount of creatures the opponent has.


Anyways, as far as the idea itself, this feels Life-ish. Maybe just because the healing cliche along with creature cliche, but still. It would fit in Life if you want it to be put in an element.

And I agree with Arum that this shouldn't be Void. Void IIRC is OP/very strong as a quanta source due to how it works.

Is it Unshield or Deshield? Title and thread do not match.

Anyway, both suggest either removing one's shield or a shield that amplifies damage you take, so neither name fits the effect you chose. Otherwise the effect is interesting, but would fit best in or , perhaps

if you use nova, unupped is an improvement over titanium shield in many ways.

Against creatures that deal 2 or more damage, it effectively blocks as much damage.
Against creatures that only deal 1 damage, this causes healing.

The advantage of titanium shield is that it works better against 'on-hit' effects like vampire;
It will also more often fully block a scorpion, preventing the poisoning.

Still, since 'other' quanta is so much easier to get, it'll be a lot stronger.
And that is not even including cards like aflatoxin or nightmare.
