Just a note: Achievements shouldn't require screenies of the match, since that would imply you know the achievement beforehand (which is possible but kind of lame). Typical achievements are things like "Squared - All card costs must be perfect squares " or stuff like that that can be checked only by looking at the decks.

Couldn't you just require a screen of the final turn? This would allow achievements based on conditions present at time of victory, e.g. win with all creature and permanent slots filled.

I agree that a screenshot of the final turn (directly before space is pressed) would allow for more achievements to exist. The only problem would be if a player suicides.

50 achievements from deck building alone would be tough. Screenies would allow stuff like OTKs, Spell kills, catapult kills, chimera finishers, EMs and stuff like that.

You'd be surprised. There's lots of things that can be done just with the deck itself, esepcially when the achievement names are puzzles in of themselves. If this event ever gets off the ground perhaps you'll see what I mean.

Though if it's really being demanded I guess we could ask for a final screenshot and expand the achievements a bit.

If you got the imagination for 50 achievements for deckbuilding alone and coupled with good riddles for the participants to figure what they are go for it (I don't have it :P)

I agree with bogtro here, I think having to screenshot (even only once in the last turn) is lame. And I also think that there are enough options just from the deck code. I'm really excited about this event and want to see it become reality asap. Could also help with some achievement ideas if necessary.

Update: All achievements have now been written. In other words the event is (at least organizationally) more or less ready to enter whatever queue exists should the PvPO's agree, though I expect there's a long list of events waiting in line.

this actually sounds like the best event i have ever read an event based on deckbuilding not just win by any means necessary is my type of event i'm in this event if it ever starts up. As for feedback i would have to wait for the first iteration to see how it goes and thn feedback based on that primed for a second iteration if that would be possible.
love makin my decks unusual if able. Chaos and luck are widely regarded as different i beg to differ just refer to :entropy but for those in the know also refer to :time and :death.
