a question
i would really like an answer to is who supported obama last election, and if you would still support him, and if you don't, why?
lol. sorry about that. I would vote for Obama. I supported him in 2008. and short of some major changes in the current republican candidates I would vote for him again. I think he has done a pretty good job with what he promised to do back in 2008 (short of some stuff). and i dont really blame him for the natural and man made disasters that have happened during (and slightly before) his administration (fukushima, BP, banks).

I think his one major fault is that his organization changes direction on issues like an overloaded boat (aka barely and only after a bunch of effort)

A funny video,
Note this was funny back in around 2009 when he actually HADNT accomplished these things.
&feature=related
Its bad quality, as I couldnt find the original good one. He actually did accomplish the majority of those things by now.

It looks like it's Cain's turn to self-destruct. Even if the sexual harassment allegations don't go anywhere, he looks defensive and evasive. Romney may win just by not making major mistakes.

Yeah, it looks pretty bad for him right now. It could very well end up just completely quieting in a couple weeks, but this is just escalating. He doesnt know ow to handle the media very well, and thats not a good thing. Its actually quite surprising to me. I would have figured he'd be good with handling media, but right now it just seems like he sucks at it.(http://)

Somehow I dont think so. Maybe Im biased cause im predicting Cain to be the winner of the primaries this season. But my impression is that all he has to do is survive the initial onslaught of reporting on this and then he will be fine.

For one, its not a current allegation. its from over a decade ago. unless opposition can make this a pattern of behavior its not going to mean much.

and also. from what i can see, most of the republican electorate actually hates the "liberal media" and they will just see this as an attempt to slander him cause hes ahead. if it cant be proven that he did anything he might actually come out of this more popular than before.

Id think it would be more likely that Cain falls in the poles because of his stumbling on abortion than on this.

Cain has raised at least 1.6 million since that story came out. this controversy has roused his base and made them double down. (just to say I told you so.  :P)

Theres even a hotline for everyone who was harassed by him! 813-832-1921 <-edit , Note this is actually a hotline, im not kidding.
In all seriousness though, I think this whole thing is going to end up blowing over. I doubt it will have any impact once its all said and done.

I see both a problem and a contradiction in posts against abortion and in favor of terrorists killings. It's always hard to read americans political opinions without the american's pov.

Most rational argument for that point of view: Typically killing someone that was trying to kill you is not considered murder.

I fail to see the relevance to the discussion (not saying it cant be made relevant, just simply saying the post on its own is largely irrelevant without it tying specifically to a candidate)
There are abortion specific topics if you would prefer debating it.
