Again, flash losing support does not mean it's not going to still be usable. It just means further bugs/exploits will no longer be fixed, so you're using it at your own risk. (Take Windows XP as an example, no longer supported, yet still usable)

I loved playing flash games on Kongregate, Ninjakiwi and Freewebarcade about 4ish years ago. I still do, but that was the peak time for me. Notable ones which I can think of include:

- Epic war series
- Swords and Sandals series
- Bloons Tower Defence series
- Age of War
- Warlords
- Empire of the Galaldur
- Gemcraft series

There are definitely more, but these are ones which I can recall now.


If anyone wants to download these flash games, to have them permanently as a SWF movie (flash movie):

1. Go on freewebarcade.com
2. Go on the game you want to play
3. Right click, view page source
4. Ctrl F, ".swf"
5. The link that has .swf at the end - click and then it will download the file
6. This should work for MOST games on this website - it is a cool thing that I do for games that I liked and downloaded them permanently.

+1 to Kongai and Platform Racing 2. God I have so much respect for Kongai as a game. The combination of customization, balancing resources, thinking turns ahead, but also continually predicting at every step - hard to find anything like it. And the fun of winning new cards, too. I miss that game. PR2 had some fun map building in it.

I just checked and PR2 is still playable, barely. Music is still fun (and super nostalgic to listen to ).

This is a bit of a long shot but if anyone played Robot Rage, I get super nostalgic about that game too. Or BOTS!! (not a flash game but from the same ~2007ish era)

Played both of these when i was younger. Territory War was great, never really liked tower defense games so Bloons isnt for me.

death vs monstars beat it today. Very mind numbing addiction.
mmeoww is a classic i think everyone has stumbled upon at least once.
retardo... yea that game is one of the better point and click games ive played.
8ball poll is another game i think many people have played. I used to play it in Photography class with all my friends. Love it and playerbase is still strong.
Achievement unlocked super addicting. Love it. First time playing it today and ill be playing it more.

Solarmax is really fun. First time playing today. Hard though once you get pretty far.
soccer physics is a classic. I vaguely remember playing this on Wii U as well(?)


Will play more of your guy's games when time permits. I plan on playing all the ones mentioned here. If you link to your whole list like ian did, i aint gonna play all of those but ill try some of them out.

Anything on Neopets (but in particular: Evil Fuzzles from Beyond the Stars, Hannah and the Ice Caves, and Magma Blaster)


Edit: Forgot "Extreme Potato Counter" from Neopets. Probably one of the hardest games ever. There was a super elitist in-game avatar you could receive by scoring over 200 points in this game. I think I got really close once, but it's almost impossible.

BTD 6 was released just some months ago, and it's been created on Unity. It's NEAT, pretty hard to beat and being constantly updated. For Steam and portable devices.

Wow, this was a masterpiece. I couldnt make it all the way through the game today, ill have to finish it up this week.

Slightly off topic, but I'm trying to find a flash game I used to play.

I think the premise was based off of Romeo and Juliet, except Juliet got corrupted into some dark emperor. I also recall that there were 4 classes you could play as, 2 of which were Undead and Puppet. There was also a skill tree type of evolution. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
