Read Daxx's post.  The random sampling is going to be horribly inaccurate until some time goes by. Actually, if it doesn't record until 1000 cards are played without a refresh, it'll be (even more) skewed to what the more serious players grind with.  Stats for what's used in PvP would interest me more.
that seems horribly bad.... I loved it, but if thats true... a player playing 1000 cards would require at minimum 17 games with a 60 card deck and decking out each time. More realistically, going through 50 games playing an avg of 20 cards a game. Then you ill get 1 recording from your recent deck playing.

I have a feeling except for the grinders, very few people will actually be recorded, and so this will instead of giving an accurate representation, give a more realistic look into what is used for grinding... I hope Im misunderstanding soemthing. As pointed out by amilir

Every time a card is drawn there is a 0.001 chance that it will be sent to the database even if it is the first card: it is a non-biased random sampling method.

The only thing that you might consider biased is the fact that rewinded cards are counted.
Stats from low score (<100) players are not gathered, but the starter deck probably still have some influence at score 100.

It will take a few days to get rid of the random fluctuations.

Does that count cards drawn due to mindgate as well?

I would assume Fractal and Nightmare don't factor in.

Ahhh ok, that is completely different from how I understood it. That isnt biased at all then. Thank you for clearing that up :)

most probably, cards due to all three will be used. They dont have any tag,as such, and what is actually used is recorded,so they should too, when those cards are played.

Awesome! I will run all-chimera decks now that I know this (jk)

Unupped thunderstorm is up quite high, that surprises me.

Same goes for upped Fire nymph and Sapphire Charger....
And quantum pillar/tower is definetly OP then...

This can be a Nerf factor, but it's only one factor. I always preferred to look at the relations between cards (a.k.a. synergies, deckbuilding uses, etc.) to decide whether a card is OP or UP. This looks great, as a tool. But we need to know how to use it.

Usage doesn't mean a card is OP.

For instance, there are cards that I use because they are fun.

I consider using a rainbow deck to be more fun.   I use a rainbow stall, because I enjoy rainbow more than mono, and stall more than rush.

However, I tend to lose, because my deck is full of cards that I think have interesting abilities.

Also, if a deck needs more quantum towers to generate quanta than a mono deck would need elemental towers, that would be a case where usage would actually mean it was UP.

Show me conclusive proof that quantum pillar/tower is OP, other than that people use it, and I may believe you.

Furthermore, by your logic, Fire Pillar is definitely OP, when you compare it to other pillars.

And, many cards are way more OP than Fractal of Graboid.

In fact, every pillar is way more OP than Graboid.

Point is, don't be hating on quantum tower.

I was being sarcastic, emphasising that this is only ONE factor in the consideration of whether a card is OP/UP or not.

Fair enough. Ok, so I am no longer judging you, but my point still stands.

Wow...anyone think that :water might need a buff?  Congeal, Ice Lance, Arctic Dragon, Flooding, Abyssal Crawler, and Puffer Fish are all still at >1000 uses.
If something happens and you think it deserves my attention, feel free to PM me. Other than that, I'm probably here if you want to shoot the breeze.
