i cast it, and it stays where it is, in my hand. not deck. sorry i'm not an english speaker. what does it have to do with eternity? it's just a waste of quanta is it not?

If the card were to stay in your deck it would be an anti deckout card which is the reason eternity is so widely using eternity you reverse your own cards into your deck so you always have a card to draw so you never deckout which is a problem for small decks in  long games. The relic as far as i can tell is just a collectors item.
