In fact, all AI shall cease to Fractal anything that they don't have sufficient quanta for, and free creatures only if they are a part of the deck.

Can we pleaaaaase let the AI use the strongest card in the game, zanz? After 7 years?

I think Lionheart could use some time away from his Hourglasses and have a restriction from Immortalizing that last scarab so that he can actually make use of his "infinite deck" gimmick. Maybe a recommendation to DOA (Deck-Outs Anonymous) would serve him well?
