Indonesian: 9, maybe 10

Javanese: overall a 9, maybe
(native language, too; I'm quite witty on informal language forme (probably confident enough to rate myself a 10 here), but I'm knocked out of my comfort space on formal language forme (an 8 at most on that))

Japanese: 2, maybe 3 tops
(The few I knew mostly came from music, 'booru, and my exposure to Touhou in the last few years instead of formal Japanese class during high school, during which I was exposed to neither of all three. Barely able to construct something useful, though~ XP
[For context's sake, high schools in Indonesia, at least during my time, were required to teach one extra foreign language in addition to English (I heard those second foreign language class was abolished by now). One other school near ours was teaching German, IIRC, and I think another nearby school was teaching Italian.])

And I have English as my third language (which means if I were to order that up there on that list, it came exactly before Japanese). I guess I'd rate myself an 8, maybe a 9 tops.

I've been able to update this thread. Once again, if there are any mistakes spotted, feel free to bring them up.

Should anyone else want to contribute to it, all are welcome. Also, for the time being, ignore the "Flag" component. It will be updated in the near future.

Also, this may transition nicely into a future project of mine that harkens back to the days where Council discussed about possible Elements University-related ideas. Stay tuned.
I figured I should add my increased knowledge of Portuguese since I made the thread. As my ex-bf spoke it, I've picked up a basic conversational level.

Portuguese - 10 (mother tongue)
Spanish - 9.5 (level C1 out of C2)
English - 9 (minor grammar mistake here and there)
German - 6 (I can understand well and I can communicate alright with a couple grammar mistakes xD)
Hebrew - 2 (I can spot a few words and say a few words, a few sentences)

English - 10 - technically second language, but my knowledge of it is the same as if it were my first
Korean - 8.5 - technical first language, but not nearly as fluent as in English; native language
Mandarin - 2 - only my second year taking a class in Chinese, know basic words, radicals, and phrases; can have a conversation, but not a natural one at natural speeds xD

English: 10 (Technically my third language, but as the years went by, it became my most proficient language.)
Chinese (Cantonese): 8 (Technically my first language, but I don't speak it too much unless I'm talking to my parents/relatives. A bit poor with vocab, otherwise I'm pretty decent with slang and such.)
Chinese (Mandarin): 6 (Technically my second language. I took lessons for about 7 years, but stopped them 2 years ago. I can still halfass a conversation, albeit with poor tones and vocabulary.)
French: 6 (Although nobody nears where I live actually speak it, I'm good in class, so I take it. Most of my friends took Japanese or Mandarin.)
Russian: 1 (it's very very poor, but I can count to 10, read most words, know a couple of words like water, hello, and to love, and bits of grammar, but otherwise I know nothing)

Swedish - 10 (native)
Norwegian - 7 (hard to judge because oral is fine and written is pretty bad but will never fail to make myself understood with either)
Danish - 5 (can't speak or write well, but can understand if they speak slowly and usually make myself understood)
French/Italian/German - 3 (can understand the gist of written or spoken, speak/write a little)
Mandarin - 1 (I'll know if someone's talking about me, sometimes I'll know the topic/mood and I know some useful phrases/characters/pronounciation)

Bangla - 10 (Native, and I am fully proficient in it. Tho our education system keeps trying to make us learn more of it, so it feels like an 8/9)
Arabic - 2 (Can read, understand basics of grammar and religious texts. Can't speak on everyday terms tho)
Hindi - 2 (Can understand when it's spoken and can speak very awkwardly. Can't read tho except the bits where the script matches Bangla)
French - 1 (I know a few words xD)

Armenian - 1 (My dad's native language, but I only know a few words xD)
Portuguese - 1 (I only know a few words even though it's my mom's native language. xD)
French - 1 (I'm learning it in school right now. I know some basic words and phrases.)

I can say "thank you" in 12 differents languages. xD And some a little more than just 1 word...:

Chinese (Mandarin) - 6, learning in school currently and have a decent grasp of it. Strong conversation skills and ability to write essays, but still a lot I don't know.

ASL - 4 - Only the alphabet and a few words, mostly forgotten. Still have some kind of memory, so if someone signs to me I know what they're saying.

Greek - 4 - Greek mother, can understand alphabet and very basic conversational skills.

Spanish - 3 - Remembered from one year at school plus ability to read roots.

German - 3 - See Spanish.
