Whether you want to find out who speaks which language, or are looking to communicate with someone that can better assist you, here we can find the variety of languages spoken by many different members of the community.

Barely able to construct something useful, though~ XP [For context's sake, high schools in Indonesia, at least during my time, were required to teach one extra foreign language in addition to English (I heard those second foreign language class was abolished by now). One other school near ours was teaching German, IIRC, and I think another nearby school was teaching Italian.])

Just to re-establish the rules, if you are confident in the language, post it. Otherwise, don't mention it.

For example, if you're just beginning to study German, you can mention it, but don't expect it to be considered as a language you know. If you live immersed in it, then it's probably safe to say that you know the language.

Also, you don't need to post that you know English.

I am a native English speaker but South Africa has eleven (11!) official languages.  I know some greetings and phrases in a lot of them but would be considered functional in:

* Afrikaans (good)
* Zulu (weak)

To clarify:  I was merely pointing out that my knowledge of the language in some areas may be a bit rusty since textbook Spanish is just a bit different from speaking it on a daily basis in Mexico.  Being "unable to communicate in a decently coherent conversation in a written language" does not apply to me in the slightest.

Otherwise, if you're expecting people to post here if they speak the language fluently and religiously on a somewhat daily basis then you might want to clarify that a bit in the OP.
