singing the song of angry men?
It is the music of the people who will not be slaves again!

Well, I only saw the movie once, but I liked the cartoon series more.

should have gone with B-listers with great voices instead A-listers with 1/2 of them with vocal issues (RC constantly out of tune...)

great storyline though, didn't have a chance to watch it in opera when a group from my school had gone.

was not expecting the decent voice from Hugh Jackman.

speaking of choir, did you happen to attend the international mixed choir competition in China a few years back when the UofL Cardinal Singers won it?

(prbly not, as there was a bird flu outbreak)

aw :(. i was super priveledged to attend the school with such an breathtaking ensemble as the Cardinal Singers. Also, many of my fraternity brothers are part of it -- even while recreational, singing with them in our brother-sings have been huge experiences personally.

back to the topic of the movie: a movie like this isnt unheard of, afterall many actors work on broadway in NY at some point and many singers famous in the music industry have ties to acting.

pseudo-related: Andy Griffith was a Sinfonian. (a member of my fraternity: Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia) He is a famous tv actor and he wrote and performed the whistle-tune found on his show. There are many famous people in music and acting professions that are brothers. All Hail!
