Huge fan of both the comics and the series, though the two must be viewed as separate entities. Been readin' the comic since the early teen issues.

How come, when Bogie drinks during the day everyone thinks he's all sophisticated, but when I do it, everyone's just like "Get off our little league field!"?

I really liked the first season.

But the second season disappointed me, but it had its moments.

You were one of them Team Shane folk? I'll admit, but they did develop his character pretty well... He did the right thing... but he did it in the most A-hole way possible. Personally, I'm surprised they kept him around as long as they did, 'cus (comic spoiler)

Lol. Not really a team shane guy.  I just thought that tension between Rick and shane was one of the main driving points of the show.

With the beginning of season three, I think they're beginning to bring this into a new direction. I myself have never read the comic, yet I think with the inclusion of that large building, that the hooded gal with two zombies trailing behind her kind of lead me to believe that we've only seen the beginning of Rick and his group of survivors.

Randomly bringing it up in chat lol. I love this series. My bf and I always love snuggling up and watching as we both get startled and laugh nervously.

The story is killer, and I can't wait for the next episode.

I had people telling me I should watch it for a while, but I only saw my first bits of episodes this year as a commercial show to flick to while I was watching Sunday Night Football.  Well, it grew on me and I'm now fully caught up.  I liked the six episodes of season 1 a lot, found season 2 really dull and I enjoyed the first half of season 3.

If I could have saved anyone so far it would be Dale.  If I could kill someone off it would be Andrea.

The baby was supposed to be named Sofia not after some 3rd grade elementary teacher.

AMC is really doing it right with their TV series.  Walking Dead and Mad Men are both top notch programming though my favourite show on TV is actually Duck Dynasty.
