I'm surprised this topic is so... quiet. ^^; I guess this is what happens when you secretly split the original Armory topic into three separate polls, so whatever. :)

Voting for Winter, as I've always done when I saw it in a poll!

Some very cool ideas! Was tough to only pick four. But man, I love entropy cards with wacky randomness, and that shield delivers.

:rainbow i am a fan of prismatic wall, i love it in fact.
:death  necronomicon is actaully very brilliant, it follows the element has mono element use is priced correctly(imo). great job.
:underworld i also in favor of the quantum pendulum-its simple matches what pendulums do. has stategic comparitive use to towers. without being plain out better.
:darkness the fear shield(did not vote for), is a great death alternative shield. and i can see it having a great effect on the game, just as the fire shield does. in fact it can comparitively be used in the same instances for survival and control(a powerless immaterial is as good as a dead immaterial-imo). plus i could really go on and on about this card and all its comparisons over fireshield/other shields. but i wont.
:darkness i did however vote for the poison trap, its just everything i like. punishment for using 'mess with my stuff' stuff. however not sure if it should be un-stealable. let them waste a steal on it get their poison counters, and save your other crap you'd rather them not touch. (like me using hourglass-even though i dont really use it, just cause i know they think it will hurt me somehow if they destroy/steal it, instead of my items i really need.)

Wow, these ideas are fantastic! Poison Trap is easily my favorite, as it's the revenge card for FG's who sit back and rapidly steal/destroy your permanents (*cough*Rainbow*cough*) while you try to get some advantage over them. Plasma's priority needs to be specified: if it activates after the ability is used then it's ok, but if it's before then it might be OP since creatures, such as Lava Destroyer, would immediately die unless prebuffed. And Quantum Pendulum is a such a simple, yet needed card. Making more mark-oriented rainbows would help shake things up quite a bit.

My Votes

:darkness Poison Trap: Game changer. Offers a counter towards PC that isn't overpowered or invincible. I think ideas like this are underrated.

 :gravity Magnet: See above.

:aether Lumineferous Aether: Could provide a changeup for RoL/Hope decks in my opinion. No more need to fractal your sparks. Come to think of it, this would lead to there being nothing but RoL decks forever, I wish I could take this vote back and vote for scrying pool. :P

:entropy Prismatic Wall: I liek entropy. And entropy needed a second shield.

I do enjoy a lot of these permanents, as a lot of them are pretty awesome; my votes, however, went straight for the popular ones. :P

 :rainbow QUANTUM PENDULUM :rainbow

Everyone else has a pendulum; why not the Other/Quantum Tower?  Not to mention it could provide an alternative to Nova decks. ;)

 :water WINTER :water

I can totally see this card getting used a lot; I can't stress enough how badly I've wanted to shut down an opponent's Eternity or Owl's Eye and couldn't do it.  This card can go into any type of deck without slowing it down too much, and it deals a good amount of damage for its cost.  I like. <3

 :gravity MAGNET :gravity

Poison Trap would have gotten my vote if I felt the Upgraded version wasn't overpowered (neurotoxin = shutting down ANY chance at PC).  Magnet, on the other hand, forces the attack unto itself while not creating making every PC card dead to the opponent; I mean, who's going to pack enough Magnets to accomplish something like that anyway?  Did I mention the part that it's a perfect fit for Gravity to synergize with other Elements?

:water SCRYING POOL :water

I love the concept of being able to discard cards (like the Discard card) and shuffling your deck.  I'm not sure how good this card would be for smaller decks, but it would play in a very interesting fashion for larger decks. :)   Not to mention that being able to see the top/next card in your deck helps to decide whether or not you want to use the ability.  It's an aptly-named card with a perfect ability.

Oh yes, vote for Quantum pendulum, it's not as if Rainbow was COMPLETELY OP! Seriously, it's a downright shame that is the case, Today everyone uses rainbow, it's really boring!
