ART: Here IDEA: AD TienzuStorm NOTES: Light's soft CC and also more quanta ramp because why not. This is a remake of an old idea of mine that had the same name (and art for that matter ), but this version is more useful methinks. Thoughts? CHANGES: None

I quite like it. It's more usable as a lobotomizer than Overdrive for sure.

Would it's effect count towards hope? If so, would it count just once??

Well, based on Hope's current wording:



It would only count once, since it counts creatures, not amount of generated.

Sure, seems balanced and a legit idea. I'd say go for it
