Should probably just leave it 3 and 3 for cards disabled. Five cards disabled per round is just too high I think.
At 5 disabled every turn, all you need is 2 in play to effectively win the game.
Thats 1 in weapon slot and 1 with FW is an instant game stopper.
Thats just too powerful to balance easily.
With a cost of only 4
, you can essentially lock the enemy down 2nd round and never let them move... with quite good probability too.
(6 AW, 6 of this, and novas + pillars).
Potentially winning by lock down on round 2 with a 3 card combo? That seems pretty OP to me
Even with only 3, FW can be used to abuse it and infinitely lock the enemy hand. It really should only disable one... maybe 2 tops.
Being able to completely lock down the enemy hand is cool (its almost like a "soft" win condition, similar to quanta denial),
However, it should be very difficult to pull off since it is potentially game breaking.
Who really wants to play a game where the oppoenent beats you second round and there is pretty much nothing you can do about it?
Its a really cool concept, but as it sits right now its way OP.
