I just realised, now that this in forge.
Cygnia doesn't have electrum, does it?
So this card is basically... Completely useless in Cygnia.
That might be very strong grounds to remove it from the polls.
That is a can of worms that I don't think I have the ability to tackle alone here.
I'm simply going to flag this to let the other curators know about this issue.
It must've been allowed into forge for a reason. I don't think AD/Zephyr'd just have this slip.

Despite Cygnia not having Electrum by design, I'm still allowing Electrum-relevant cards to run through the system because they're valid ideas for Elements the Game, which is the main purpose of this section. The Electrum effect won't be coded in for Cygnia, but it could be made relevant in a Cygnia-based tournament or RPG.
