NOTES:
This should probably be in Darkness. But I want it to be in Death. Because yay Aflatoxin buff.

So yeah. Not much to say about this. The ability doesn't go away, so if the opponent has access to Death quanta, they can move it back to your field.

The attack minus is not permanent (think Nightfall). I'm thinking that it should be allowed to let attack go below zero, since honestly, that can only happen on zero attack creatures anyways, and it probably won't be a big issue.

This effect doesn't stack.

Ah, yeah, I'l change the wording once I get computer access.

And I'm starting to lean towards no since you can easily get two or three out, and that's essentially a Titanium/Diamond Shield, and if you stack both, you could have the absolutely maximum of 9 DR (and most of it will be healing you as well). I get that it requires you to get out a large amount of Glooms, but honestly, two or three should suffice. Then again, I'm getting the feeling that my OP radar is broken and I'm just rambling about something that isn't a problem. What would you say it should be?

I dislike that it's almost impossible to move this back to the original owner if you're not playing a death or rainbow deck.

I'd make the ability cost :death or 3, personally.

Doesn't the ability already cost :death? So are you suggesting either keep as is or change to 3 :rainbow?

Also, the point is to keep it on the opponent's side. I was going to make it so you couldn't move it back after moved once, but then I figured it might as well have an elemental weakness (like how Ghostmare isn't very effective against a mirror match/any deck that uses Time to an extent).

If it's not supposed to be moved back, why not just save some simplicity and put it on the opponent's side? Or even just keep it on your side and change the text to "Creatures your opponents control get -1 | 0?" At the very least, with ":death or 3", It's still much easier for you to move it than your opponent.

Because I personally am not a fan of cards that break the rules of the game as of now (so I'm not particularly fond of your Divination series or just cards that are weird.. it's a personal thing, I'm sure your series is perfectly fine :P), I don't like using the "play on opponent's side" (and please don't dig up Weed and say that exists, I'd prefer to forget I made that thank you very much ^.^).

Also, I like the fact that it can be moved back occasionally, but not always. Again, like my example of Ghostmare, the strategy of GotP+NM falls flat on its face when facing an enemy Time deck (okay maybe not flat on its face but you know what I mean).

Anyways, I just don't see why it's important that the opponent should be able to move it with ease.
