Literally " or 3" as the cost. So normal decks can actually move it, which I feel is really important.
If it's not supposed to be moved back, why not just save some simplicity and put it on the opponent's side? Or even just keep it on your side and change the text to "Creatures your opponents control get -1 | 0?" At the very least, with " or 3", It's still much easier for you to move it than your opponent.
Because I personally am not a fan of cards that break the rules of the game as of now (so I'm not particularly fond of your Divination series or just cards that are weird.. it's a personal thing, I'm sure your series is perfectly fine
), I don't like using the "play on opponent's side" (and please don't dig up Weed and say that exists, I'd prefer to forget I made that thank you very much ^.^).
Also, I like the fact that it
can be moved back occasionally, but not always. Again, like my example of Ghostmare, the strategy of GotP+NM falls flat on its face when facing an enemy Time deck (okay maybe not flat on its face but you know what I mean).
Anyways, I just don't see why it's important that the opponent should be able to move it with ease.
