i love elements but i rarely get to use my computer. a mobile app for android/ios/windows would be great!  does the dev have any plans to take elements to the handheld platform??????

Hi and welcome to the forum :)
I don't know if there are plans for an app, but since the development resources seem quite restricted (as far as I know there is only one persons that develops the game) I would say probably not.
If you'd like play elements in the browser on a device like IPad or android there are also some browsers like Puffin that work (at least somehow ;) ).

There are plenty, (for example UTAlan & Xenocidius), but Zanz (the developer) has made no outreach to the community here to develop such a mobile version, so there isn't one.
