NOTES:
The health loss is rounded up.
Card behaves like Dimensional/Phase Shield, displaying a counter and being discarded when the effect expires.
SERIES:
None
This card will hurt any targetable creatures you have on the field.  It can be used to reach a flying opponent temporarily, or to damage enemy creatures.  A creature with 1 health will be killed, while a Massive Dragon will be hit for 15 damage.  Flying Titan will suffer 35!

Yes I would love to see this card being placed into the game. However, I don't know about the air choice in quanta. All air creatures are already airborne and do not require any airborness. With wings, why would you want to make the other guy's creatures airborne? While the tornado and hurricane theme fits air perfectly, the usage in an air deck is bad.

Air decks could use this as creature control, it's more useful unupped that way.  Since Air's creatures will all be flying, there would be no backlash, and if you don't actually have the Wings shield up, there's no risk.

Decks splashing Air mark would only take 4 turns to build enough to use it.

I know, I was a little "enh" about it being an Air card too, at first.  But it isn't really a dead card in mono-air decks after all.  :)
