So phoenixes die at the end of the turn they are played at? Meh that's a bit strong seeing as phoenixes are big in some peoples' strategies.

Hmmm...how about all creature besides airborn and water gets -1/-1 ? or is that OPed?

I have chosen only Water and Fire elements will be affected.
It is just a water crystal.
It doesn't summon a Flood type move or anything.
Water puts out Fire, that is my reasoning for this card.

Nahh... way op and people would stop using nonairborne creatures completely.

As I have said, this card will only affect Water and Fire creatures.

 well its basiclly a much more effective eclipse-i think you should just make it water affecting and scrap the fire completely

I like that you used a Spell for this. It will hinder Fire Decks but not lock them out.
