I like the art very much. Your card idea is somewhat fuzzy though, and as others have pointed out a little too situational. I also feel that the gap between unupped lattice and upped quantum grid is too high--1 whole turn of quantum defence. I would suggest some sort of fading effect, like both quantum lattice and grid provide full protection for one turn, and then start to decrease, but at different rates.
Don't know if this is too hard to code, but it could go something like this:
Quantum Lattice: The chance of your opponent disturbing a quantum is 100%-100%/n where n=turns elapsed. Lasts 3 turns.
Quantum Grid: The chance of your opponent disturbing a quantum is 100%-100%/n where n=turns elapsed. Lasts 6 turns.
The problem with that of course is that it is troublesome to program as black hole can "disturb" up to 36 individual quantum. It might also need a nonzero cost as it is somewhat more powerful than your original idea.
