You should clarify if "Starting Point \ Origin" is only able to target your creatures, or opposing creatures too. I guess you meant only your own creatures. If it is so, then I'd decrease it's cost, because even if you target a spark, the bottom card of your deck will often be a pillar, a phase shield, or some other cheap card, it will rarely be a dragon, even if you have 6 in your deck.

Also, what would happen if the card at the bottom is another "Starting Point \ Origin" ?

I didn't find I needed to clarify that it would only target your creatures because it doesn't it targets all creatures, including your enemies. Of course only creatures which can be targeted will be able to be the target of Starting Point \ Origin.

If Starting Point \ Origin is indeed your bottom deck card, and for all intents and purposes lets assume that you have the other 5 one after the other at the bottom of your deck. What would occur is the following:

1 ) Starting Point \ Origin is played from your hand.

2 ) You play the bottom card of your deck, which is another Starting Point \ Origin.

3 ) You play the 3rd Starting Point \ Origin.

4 ) You play the 4th Starting Point \ Origin.

5 ) You play the 5th Starting Point \ Origin.

6 ) You play the 6th Starting Point \ Origin.

7 ) You play the card that was above the 6th Starting Point \ Origin.

8 ) You select a creature on the field, it becomes the bottom card in your deck.

I will however mention it in the comments that it can target all creatures which can be targeted.
