im not a deck expert but must say this deck seems rather pointless from my point of view. whats the purpose of it?

I could see it winning in 6 turns if you get lucky with the Chaos Powers, but otherwise, I'm concerned that it lacks enough creatures to win that fast consistantly.

u have to be lucky to win fast and if your opponent kills your monsters quickly (fire lance) or just uses and effective shield or monster to stall you (phase shield) ur done

It looks like it lacks enough  :entropy quanta to get anything done. Not counting the novas, since those give back what they take, you've got 13 (3+6+4) quanta to pay coming solely off your mark. And then, you've still got to not use anything for 2 turns to get enough quanta to use nova.
I ask nothing of humanity but fairness in all things, but I do not expect even that.
