Can't access forums. Extremely frustrating. Please help :c

I know I should probably post this in the "Forums Bugs" section, but no one looks there and this issue is extremely important (for me, at least).

I cannot access the forums on my computer. I'm using a proxy server (hidemyass.com) right now, and I can connect. I can connect on two other laptops using the same wifi. I cleared my cache (multiple times), I've flushed my DNS, I've restarted my modem, I've literally done everything I can think of to solve this issue, but I still get this error message.

Every. Time.

I've tried getting on the forums via Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox, as well, and I can't access it through them, either. All that makes me think that it has something to do with the computer itself and not my modem or internet. It is literally only the forums I can't access. I can get on every other website.

If this problem persists, then I'm not sure what I'll do (or what I'll be able to do). If I'm driven away from the forums community because I can't access them, then that would totally suck, but there's nothing I can do about it. If anyone has ANYTHING that could be of use or helpful in any way, you would get so much +rep and my utmost respect. Thank you for your time.

I believe my IP is static.
However, if it were static, wouldn't I not be able to access the forums on any computer using my same internet service (laptops with WiFi, iPads, etc.)? I can get on the forums with any computer except the one I use -.-

Forums is the only site I know of that this happens on.
I can access it using any proxy I've tried, but not on its own.
