If you need some ideas how to make mono-death into something more interesting, you can try adding a second colour to it.
You can play aether-fractal with spiders from death to create an whole army of spiders. You can use a mummy rush, adding earth-basilisk blood to slow the enemy down. you can play mummy with life-mitosis for another way to get one cool army, Or use stalkers with gravity-momentum or light-blessing to get a lot of poison. there are tons of options, so i usually find it boring to stick to one element.
